RETURN POLICY 


In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. 

The following criteria must be met when returning an item to us:

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in excellent condition with original tags and packaging attached the same as received. 
  • Items must be returned prepaid and packaged safely to prevent any damage during shipping.

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Cat furniture, towers, beds and scratchers
  • Personalized and/or engraved items
  • Cat Treats
  • Catnip
  • Grooming supplies such as shampoo
  • Wellness products 

In order to initiate a return/exchange, please fill our Return Merchandise Form. Please provide us with the following details:

  • Order #
  • Items you are wanting to return
  • The reason why you are wanting to return the items.

We will respond with instructions on how to return the items to us.
